I have a vanilla pre card without card number. I have case # 7223**** and sending pictures of the card front and back. 20.00.

Missing numbers on Vanilla card
Card was I do not use missing info I would like to be compensated because my mother cannot use it for her birthday. It was a gift thank you.

Never received gift card
I signed up for a credit card through credit karma. Their guarantee states I would receive the a $50 gift card if not approved.
I was not approved and credit karma states I'm to receive the gift card from incomm incentives within 60 days. Well that never happened and neither company is honoring their own guarantee.
I took a hard inquiry to my credit and this is such a complete disaster.

Can't get the award number to validate
Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Got tired of waiting for next available rep. Poor, poor service.

Mariana at InComm Incentives was fantastic! She was able to get me gift card email sent out within an hour and I got the gift card about 15 minutes after submitting the information back to them!
Not many people out there like Mariana!
She deserves a raise. Very pleased with my correspondence with InComm Incentives!

Take to long to verify identity with vanilla card
Ive sent 30 emails with my important information to obtain back access to my account after being locked out because I didnt get my address correct now Im going to be late on bills my birthday Ive a sick sister who needs her meds Ive a 5yeaf old who needs everyday I cant afford to wait 3-5 days when it took 10 secs to lock my account this is fraud when I call they cant help me with nothing vanilla steady saying wait on incomm and incomm doesnt know anything about my account with vanilla all after I get my tax refund sent to my card never ever will I ever use this card again Im very disappointed stressed cant eat cant sleep Im losing my mind I just want my funds so I can get it off and throw away this card forever I have proof but not uploading my improvements information on here call me 214664**** Brianna perry email januarymommy38@***.com

Resolved: Employers - do not use this company
Called Customer Service again. Got a great rep - Jaquana - that took care of the invalid gift cards within an hour.
She is the definition of customer service!
She called me three times within that hour to give me updates. A few hours later another person called to make sure the issue was resolved.
I redeemed my reward and received the gift cards for Pottery Barn Teen from InComm. The cards do NOT work as they are not valid (per PBT). InComm Customer Service said that they are the intermediary and cannot help me.
